This is an original production cel from the New Batman/Superman Adventures series episode entitled "Joker's Millions" featuring Joker. The Joker inherits money from a mob boss and plans to distribute it freely throughout Gotham to gain adoration. Unfortunately, he finds his "millions" don't quite add up to his expectations. This cel is also signed by Mark Hamill (the voice of the Joker)!!
