Layaway plans are generally available for purchases of $500 or more.  Shorter or longer terms may be available on request.  Please contact us at (916) 806-8318 to discuss additional options.

Standard Layaway Plan:

  • The purchase price is split into 4 equal payments.  The first payment is processed at the time of order.

  • The credit card entered will be charged for the first payment on the date of the order, and an equal amount will be charged to the same card on the same day of the month in the 3 subsequent months.

Example: If you place an order on June 15th, 25% of the total order will be charged on each of the following dates: June 15th, July 15th, August 15th & September 15th.

  • The order will be shipped after the final payment is processed.

  • Pre-payment is allowed and will result in earlier shipment.

Layaway orders are not cash refundable.  Cancellations are treated as a credit with Heroic Fine Art Gallery and may be applied to future orders.

In addition, if a refund is requested on ANY layaway, pre-order, or standard order, it will be given at our discretion within 30 days, and a 10% "re-stocking fee" will be applied.
